The community of Reidville have joined with the town of Deer Lake in their Aquafit program. This program takes place Wednesday and Friday morning from 8:30-9:30am.

As of now, this program is free for the residents of Reidville, but you must call the town office (635-5232) and register.

It is an excellent program for people who need low impact exercises, due to bad knees or hips. The instructor for this program is Rose Mckay. If you need more information about this program, please call the Hodder Memorial Recreation Complex in Deer Lake.
