  • Bar service will be available in "the beer tent" daily from 1pm until closing.  (Sunday: 4pm opening)
     

  • Chip stand or BBQ foods will be available on the field daily.
     

  • There will be satellite radio listening music or DJ by Cameron Patey (as required by certain events) daily from 2pm to Midnight (excluding Saturday).
     

  • Registration for many events will be possible during Registration on Friday. (Check Below)
     

  • Some seating will be available, however, participants are encouraged to bring along folding chairs to ensure their own comfort.
     

Note: in this schedule wB means “with a Button”; mn means “midnight”, Cls means “Closing”

1-5pm:

 

 

Registration     
  • $20.00 / family registration (includes children 18 years and younger). Registration includes a carry bag and a button for each family member and will covers the cost of opening ceremonies.
  • $15.00 / individual registration. Registration includes a carry bag and a button and will cover the cost of opening ceremonies.
  • Displaying your button will get you into some events free or $1.00 off the cost of admission to some meals or events.
4-5pm:

Parade

  • Bicycles should be decorated with Town crest colors. There will be a 1st, 2nd and 3rd place prizes for the best decorated children’s bike in each age group; 0-4, 5-8, 9-12. Families are encouraged to parade with a family banner.

5-Cls:

 

 

Opening Ceremonies
  • O Canada, Ode to Newfoundland, & dignitaries.
  • Finger Foods, Cake & BBQ. Cost: covered by registration fee - must have a Registration Button (Reg. Button) to access the field.
  • 7:45 pm: Gymnastics Demonstration
  • 8:30 pm: Square Dancers; (music - DJ by Cameron P.)
  • 10:30(dusk): Belly Dance & Light Show. (music - DJ by Cameron P.)
  • Socializing
9-12mn: Youth Dance in the Community Hall. (Cost $2.00 or Free with Reg. Button )

8-12noon: Registration Continued
8-9am: Guided early bird walk. (Free)
8-11am: Full Breakfast in the Community Hall by the Reidville Volunteer Firemen (Cost $7.00 or $6.00wB)
9am-5pm: Youth Field Trip - Cow Head (Cost $2.00 or Free wB: ages 13 - 18 yrs only)  Note: Must register on Friday. Pickup at Community Hall at 9:00am Saturday morning.
10am-4pm: Genealogy & Family Picture Displays; Museum.  Community Hall Basement (Free)
10am-4pm: Merchandise Sales. Community Hall Basement (Free)
12-2pm: Children's BBQ - At the Ball Field
1-5pm: Children’s Games Day - At the Ball Field. (Cost: admission with button only; 12yrs & under.)
4-6pm: Guy’s Pig Roast (Cost $7.00 or $6.00wB - by ticket only. Note: To be sold during registration - limited number available.)
1-2pm: Belly Dancing workshop - led by Diane MacDonald (Free) Note: May register on Friday
1-3pm: Adult Games Note: May register on Friday
  • Horseshoe tournament (Cost: $2.00 or $1.00wB)
  • Marbles tournament (Cost: $2.00 or $1.00wB
6:-8:pm Note: FIELD CLOSED (Bar will close during this time)
8pm-Cls: Adult Dance: Music by The Humber Road Greasers. (Cost:$10.00 at the gate.)
